JF Forest Services produce high quality kiln-dried firewood.
Our firewood is only sourced from local Irish forests.
It is cut and split to lengths suitable to fit in all stoves sizes. It is then kiln dried to reduce its moisture content and increase its energy content which means it lights easier and the heat output is maximised when burned in your stove.

Our kindling is ideal for lighting your stove. As it is kiln-dried, our kindling displaces the need for traditional firelighters altogether.
It is important to store your firewood and kindling correctly after you purchase it. It is best to ensure it is not in direct contact with the ground, as it will absorb moisture. Therefore, you should stack your firewood on pallets for example.
